Job Title: Accounts Executive – Retail

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our retail business.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily sales, purchase, and expense entries.
- Handle retail billing, cash, and bank transactions.
- Reconcile sales, collections, and payment records.
- Manage vendor payments and customer accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Coordinate with retail stores for sales reports and accounting records.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and support month-end closing.
Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
- Advanced Excel - Vlookup, Hlookup Xloookup
- Experience in retail accounting or the fashion industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and GST.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
