​Minimum Qualifications:

​Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

​Experience:

​1 to 3 years of professional experience in study-abroad counselling or student recruitment.

​Knowledge Required:

​Strong, working grasp of German and UK university admissions systems.

​Transparent understanding of public versus private university structures, the APS (Akademische Prüfstelle) evaluation process, blocked account procedures, and student visa frameworks.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Consultations: Conduct 1-on-1 prospective student sessions (including free 30-minute introductory counselling).

​Applications & Admissions: Manage university course selections, provide guidance on Statement of Purpose (SOP) writing, and handle error-free application submissions.

​Visa & Documentation Support: Assist students with crucial logistics, including APS verification paperwork, blocked account setup, health insurance arrangements, and final student visa file preparation.
