Role Description The Assistant Manager – Vehicle Maintenance is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role oversees day-to-day maintenance activities for an expanding EV and logistics vehicle fleet, ensuring high uptime, safety, and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities include planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs, monitoring vehicle performance, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. The role also involves working closely with drivers, technicians, and operations teams to address issues promptly, optimize maintenance costs,



and support smooth fleet operations.

The Assistant

Manager will help implement maintenance best practices, support vendor coordination for parts and services, and contribute to continuous improvement in maintenance processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Vehicle Maintenance, including diagnostics and repair of commercial and EV fleets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance planning, with the ability to develop and manage routine service schedules.
- Candidates should possess Building Maintenance and facility-related maintenance skills to support workshop and depot infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with drivers, technicians, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in fleet maintenance, automotive service, or logistics operations is highly beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
- Knowledge of EV systems, safety standards, and basic diagnostic tools is an advantage.
- Ability to use maintenance management software, maintain detailed records, and work in a fast-paced operational environment.
