About the Role:We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Legal &Compliance; Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will supportour legal and compliance functions by managing litigations, drafting/reviewingagreements, and coordinating with external legal counsels. The role requires aclear understanding of legal frameworks and the ability to represent thecompany's viewpoint effectively in legal proceedings and discussions.Key Responsibilities:* Maintain organized legal documentation andcompliance records* Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and otherlegal documents* Represent the company's point of view in legal proceedingsand correspondence* Handle all company-related litigations, legal notices,
