Job DescriptionOn behalf of our partner, an established international online gambling company, we are looking for an Acquisition Manager to lead player acquisition across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Bahrain.This is an chance to turn your knowledge of GCC audiences and traffic sources into a regional growth strategy. You will develop partnerships, manage acquisition investment and scale the channels that bring valuable players to sportsbook and casino products.The company has substantial budgets available for the right talent. You will have room to test opportunities and expand successful campaigns, supported by colleagues across Creative, CRM, Product and Analytics.We are looking for someone who has already delivered measurable acquisition results in GCC iGaming markets and knows how to repeat that success. Arabic is essential.Location: Sofia, Bulgaria, HybridResponsibilitiesLead player acquisition across GCC markets.Find, test and scale traffic through affiliates, paid media, influencers and other partners.Build partnerships and negotiate commercial terms.Manage budgets to grow depositing player volumes and improve CPA, conversion and ROAS.Monitor player value, traffic quality and fraud.Work with Creative, CRM,



Product and Analytics to improve campaigns and the deposit journey.Ensure acquisition activity follows applicable requirements and responsible gambling standards.RequirementsProven acquisition experience in online casino or sportsbook.Demonstrated success acquiring players in GCC markets.Fluent Arabic and professional English.Strong knowledge of traffic sources and how to scale them profitably.Experience managing budgets and improving campaign results.Strong negotiation skills, commercial judgement and ownership of results.Nice to HaveExisting relationships with GCC affiliates and traffic partners.Experience with attribution, affiliate platforms and fraud prevention.Experience across both sportsbook and casino.Experience developing acquisition channels in new markets.What’s in It for You?Take ownership of player acquisition across GCC markets, with substantial budgets to test new ideas and scale successful campaigns.
