JD-Consultant –TechnoRevenue

Theprimaryjobwouldbetoprovide IT consultancyservicestothe eTelecom Transformation (eTT) Centre, an IBVof CDOT which has beenassignedthe task of making Digital by Designcompliance of the newTelecommunicationAct2023ofDepartmentofTelecomandalsounificationof DoT’s various portals.

Work involves understandingtelecom business processes fromtheconcernedDoTwings,analyze,reengineer andhelpinITsolutiondesigning and DPDP act/rules compliance.Youwillberequiredto workcloselyonplanningfordigitaltransitionofpaper-basedprocesses, identifydigitalprocessgapsandimplementationstrategiesinthenewunifiedsoftware solutionto bridgethe gap. Youwould be working inclosecoordination with the DoTofficials and eTT centre Management.

You'll mainly contributeyour skills at DPDP act/rules implementation, oversee IT implementation, reportsgeneration and do analysis using AI based techniques for related portals beingmanaged/developed by IBV of CDOT.

KeyResponsibilities

•Participate in engagements thatinvolves DPDP act/rules implementation andcompliance, Transformationon existingprocesses, Digital implementation/AI Governance,Performance and Value Management, Regulatory Compliance.

•Work effectively as a teammember, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, whileprovidingupdatesto Management

•Participateandassistinpreparingformeetings withDoT wings MeiTY/NIC etc.– minutize,



analyze andexplore implementation procedure.

•Developandmaintainproductiveworkingrelationshipswith alland buildstronginternalrelationshipswithinConsultingteamandwithotherservices across the organization

Qualifications&Experience;:

•Bachelor'sdegreein anydiscipline

•5+yearsofexperienceofworkingwithareputedfirmasaconsultant/Analyst OR equivalent.

•Interestedin business process re-engineering anddigitalization.

•Experience of engagements thatinvolve Transformation, PerformanceandValueManagement,RegulatoryComplianceandGlobalBusinessServices.

•Experience of working asa teammember, sharingresponsibility, providing support,maintaining communication,andcoordinatingsubordinate while provide updatestoManagement or above as appropriate.

•Valuable understanding of Business ValueChain and IT finance/taxationrelated software applications are an advantage.

•Knowledge of DPDP act/rulesimplementation, is an advantage.

•Excellentskillsinbothwritten andverbalcommunication.

•Strongleadership,teamwork,across-disciplinesandcountriescollaboration.

•Strongprojectmanagementwithmultipleprojectsanddiverseteammembers.

•Stronganalytical thinking,problem solvingskills, presentation and communication skills.

•Knowledge about sharing of Telecomrevenue by Telecom operators with Department of Telecommunications
