Roles & Responsibilities: Quality assessment of submissions: Review idea submissions and other stage-wise submissions for Grades 11 and 12 to assess their quality, relevance, completeness, and alignment with the programme objectives.Categorisation of schools:
Assess the quality of students’ business ideas and categorise schools based on defined quality parameters to help us identify schools performing well and those requiring additional support.Regular progress monitoring: Track submission status and programme progress across private schools, flagging schools with delayed or incomplete submissions.Documentation and reporting: Maintain a structured tracker of submission quality, school-wise progress, recurring gaps, and areas for improvement.Insights for changes: Consolidate findings to help us identify common challenges, plan targeted support for teachers and students, and strengthen the overall quality of implementation.Skills, Experience and Mindsets:A keen interest in the development and education sector.Hindi, English & Punjabi language proficiency (reading and comprehension)Analytical and critical-thinking skillsStrong attention to detailBasic Google Sheets / MS Excel skillsLocation: Remote/Chandigarh/MohaliStipend: INR 15,000/- per monthDuration: 3 Months
