About the RoleWe are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer Intern with a strong interest in mechanical design, product development, and prototyping.
The primary requirement for this role is hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Fusion 360, particularly in 3D modelling, assemblies, and 2D engineering drawings.
The ideal candidate should have been using Fusion 360 as their primary CAD software for at least 1–2 years through academic projects, personal projects, internships, or qualified work.
You will work on real-world mechanical and electromechanical projects, supporting the design, prototyping, assembly, testing, and improvement of mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities• Create and modify 3D mechanical models and assemblies in Fusion 360.
• Prepare detailed 2D engineering drawings from 3D models.
• Apply appropriate dimensions, tolerances, annotations, section views, and other drawing details required for manufacturing.




• Develop mechanical components such as brackets, housings, enclosures, fixtures, linkages, and structural components.
• Modify existing designs based on engineering, manufacturing, and testing requirements.
• Support mechanical assembly and prototype development.
• Work with manufacturing processes such as 3D printing, CNC machining, and sheet-metal fabrication.
• Assist with testing and evaluation of mechanical prototypes.
• Identify design issues and propose practical mechanical solutions.
• Maintain organized CAD models, assemblies, drawings, and design revisions.
• Work closely with engineers and designers during product development.

Must-Have Requirements• Robust hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Fusion 360.
• Experience using Fusion 360 for 3D modelling and 2D engineering drawings/drafting.
• Ideally, Fusion 360 should have been your primary CAD software for the past 1–2 years.
• Positive understanding of mechanical design
