Importerr.com is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads who can drive customer acquisition, generate quality leads, and scale campaigns while optimizing ROAS and marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Manage lead generation, retargeting, prospecting, and conversion campaigns.
Monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, and conversion rates.
Manage advertising budgets and conduct A/B testing.
Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
Analyze data, prepare performance reports, and identify growth prospects.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in performance marketing.
Solid hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience in campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and budget management.
E-commerce, D2C, or dropshipping experience is preferred.
Experience with international campaigns and USD budgets is an added advantage.
