Job Description:
Manage the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance ratings.
Design and implement KPIs, KRAs, OKRs, and performance evaluation frameworks aligned with business objectives.
Manage PMS platforms and HR technology tools, including system configuration, workflow automation, and user access.
Collaborate with HRBPs, business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to improve PMS processes and system functionality.
Drive HRMS/PMS implementation, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and integration with other HR modules.
Analyse performance data, appraisal trends, rating distributions, and employee productivity metrics.
Prepare dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, system compliance, and timely completion of performance review cycles.
Conduct training and provide support to employees and managers on PMS tools and processes.
Identify prospects for digitisation, automation, and continuous improvement in performance management.
