ITI in Welder Trade or equivalent technical qualification.
Welding certification preferred (MIG/TIG/ARC/SMAW as applicable).
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, ARC, or Stick welding.
Knowledge of welding procedures, materials, and safety practices.
Ability to use measuring instruments and fabrication tools.
Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Positive teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work in workshop and site settings.
Physically fit to handle welding equipment and materials.
Willingness to work shifts and overtime, if required
