Position: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Procurement HEMM

Location: HO Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: Minimum 4 Years, Relevant experience in HEMM / Mining Equipment Procurement
Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a relevant discipline
Industry: Mining & Minerals, Cement Industry / Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM)

Key Responsibilities:
Procure HEMM spare parts, lubricants, filters, GET items, hydraulic components, and engine parts.
Manage urgent breakdown procurement and ensure timely material availability.
Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, stores, transporters, and maintenance teams.
Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, negotiate prices, and process purchase requests.
Monitor dispatches, deliveries, pending orders, and critical stock availability.
Maintain ERP records and procurement documentation.




Ensure timely procurement to minimize equipment downtime.

Required Skills & Expertise:
Robust knowledge of HEMM spare parts identification and applications.
Understanding of hydraulic systems, engines, transmissions, undercarriage, GET items, filters, and electrical components.
Basic understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance of mining equipment.
Ability to read OEM part catalogues, manuals, and technical specifications.
Robust vendor coordination, negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
