Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Robotic Welding Programmer-cum-Operator with hands-on experience in Yaskawa MOTOMAN welding robots. The candidate must be capable of independently programming, operating, and troubleshooting robotic welding machines in a manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
Program and operate Yaskawa MOTOMAN robotic welding systems.
Create, modify, and optimize robot programs using the teach pendant.
Perform robotic MIG/MAG welding as per engineering drawings and production requirements.
Set welding paths, torch angles, welding parameters, and robot movement sequences.
Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure accurate welding.
Identify and troubleshoot robot alarms, welding defects, and operational issues.
Ensure proper weld quality, dimensional accuracy, and production efficiency.
Perform routine inspection and basic maintenance of the robotic welding system.
Follow all machine safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workplace.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
