Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve premium cocktails, mocktails, and signature beverages.
Create cutting-edge drink recipes with excellent taste and presentation.
Maintain knowledge of premium spirits, wines, and mixology techniques.
Manage bar inventory, stock control, and beverage wastage.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle guest requests professionally.
Candidate Requirements:
5–7 years of relevant experience in a reputed hotel, luxury resort, or premium restaurant.
Robust knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage presentation.
Excellent English communication skills.
Well-groomed, presentable personality with a positive attitude.
Robust guest-handling skills and ability to work under pressure.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
