Job Summary
The Senior HR Executive manages HR operations at the manufacturing unit, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance with Indian labour laws.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant staff and workers.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with labour laws
Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
Conduct employee induction and training coordination.
Support performance appraisal and HR reporting.
Maintain statutory registers and compliance records for factory inspections.
Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in HR or Master’s in HR / Industrial Relations.
4–8 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Key Skills
Knowledge of Indian labour laws
Recruitment and employee relations
HR operations and documentation
Payroll coordination
MS Excel / HRMS systems
Communication and problem-solving skills.
