You will work closely with the leadership team to keep the café running smoothly and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations: Assist in overseeing daily café operations, ensuring smooth opening/closing procedures and high standards of cleanliness, product quality, and visual appeal.
Team Leadership: Guide, train, and motivate the team on shift, fostering a positive and energetic work workplace.
Customer Service: Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle feedback professionally.
Stock & Inventory:



Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste through proper stock rotation.
Financial Accuracy: Support cash handling, till management, and daily reconciliations.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict health, safety, and food hygiene standards across all shifts.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within the coffee, restaurant, or F&B; industry.
Strong leadership and motivational skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Hands-on experience with cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Robust problem-solving skills for handling operational and customer challenges.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
