Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering is preferred.
Additional certification or training in Quantity Surveying will be an advantage.
Knowledge of construction estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and interior design drawings.
Knowledge of construction materials, labour costs, and current market rates.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of estimation software and billing procedures is an added advantage.
Experience
Freshers with robust technical knowledge may be considered for trainee positions.
1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Experience in building construction and interior projects will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
