Managing Daily Operations: Assign daily tasks, track project deadlines, monitor workflow, and adjust shifts or reallocate resources if someone is absent. • Performance Monitoring & Evaluation: Observe employee output, review work quality, conduct performance appraisals, and provide regular feedback or coaching. • Training & Onboarding: Guide recent hires through workplace orientation, explain job duties, and identify ongoing skill gaps that need training. • Policy & Safety Enforcement: Ensure team members follow company rules, HR guidelines, and industry-specific safety or health regulations. • Conflict Resolution: Address workplace disputes, mediate disagreements between employees, and handle initial disciplinary issues before escalating them to HR. • Reporting to Management: Provide senior management and HR with regular updates on team productivity, attendance, and operational challenges. • Career Development: Support employee growth by recommending training seminars, recognizing high performance, and giving input on promotions.
