Industry: Civil Construction / Highway & Road Infrastructure
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Highway Road Work Engineer to join our civil construction team for ongoing highway and road development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day highway/road construction activities.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications and approved standards.
Handle WBM, DBM, BC, GSB, earthwork, subgrade and road construction activities.
Monitor site progress, quality and manpower.
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, surveyors and clients.
Maintain daily site reports, measurements and work records.
Check material quality and ensure proper utilization.
Ensure safety procedures are followed at the site.
Coordinate with the client/consultant for inspections and approvals.
Requirements
Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of relevant experience in highway/road construction.
Valuable knowledge of highway construction methods and site execution.
Ability to read drawings and understand BOQ/specifications.
Good communication and site-management skills.
Candidates with experience in NHAI/HSR/PWD/highway projects will be preferred.
Salary
₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.
