Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our HR team in recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and hiring coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist with end-to-end recruitment for various job openings.
Support the HR team in achieving hiring targets.
Required Skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Interest in Human Resources and recruitment.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers and students interested in HR can apply.
Graduates or candidates pursuing graduation are welcome.
Prior recruitment knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
