Key Responsibilities
Staff Supervision & Rota: Assign daily cleaning duties, monitor staff attendance, and manage shift schedules.
Infection Control & Hygiene: Ensure strict adherence to hospital infection prevention and control (IPC) protocols and proper use of disinfectants.
Biomedical Waste Management: Monitor the proper segregation, collection, and disposal of medical and non-medical waste per regulatory guidelines.
Inspections & Audits: Conduct routine checklist-based inspections of patient rooms, doctors' cabins, and common areas to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Linen & Uniform Management: Coordinate the collection of soiled linen, dispatch to laundry, and requisition of fresh linens.
Inventory & Equipment Control: Track stocks of cleaning agents, PPE, and machinery; report repair or replacement needs.
Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise with Nursing, Facility Maintenance, and Administration teams for smooth operations.
Training & Compliance: Train recent and existing personnel on hospital safety standards,



chemical handling, and NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Graduate or Diploma holder (Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Environmental Science preferred, though a High School diploma with relevant experience is often accepted).
Experience: 1 to 3+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping, ideally within a hospital or healthcare setting.
Key Skills:
Knowledge of biomedical waste rules and hospital sanitation standards.
Leadership, team management, and conflict resolution.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office/reporting).
Robust communication skills in local languages and English.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
