We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic CNC Milling Trainees to join our production team. The selected candidates will receive practical training in CNC milling machine operation, component manufacturing, engineering drawing interpretation, precision measurement, and quality inspection.
Candidates should have a basic understanding of mechanical engineering and a willingness to learn CNC machining operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in operating CNC milling machines under the supervision of experienced operators.
Learn CNC machine setup, tool loading, workpiece clamping, and job setting.
Understand engineering drawings and component specifications.
Learn basic CNC programming and G-code/M-code.
Perform basic measuring and inspection operations using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
Monitor machining operations and check component dimensions.
Assist in tool changing, machine cleaning, and routine maintenance.
Follow production instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the CNC machining area.
Complete assigned training tasks and production activities within the required time.
Requirements
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fitter, Machinist, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of mechanical components and engineering drawings is an advantage.
Interest in CNC machining and precision manufacturing.
Willingness to learn CNC machine operation and programming.
Positive discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and comply with safety standards.
