About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Finance & Loan team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and an interest in sales and financial products.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and connect with potential customers for loan and financial products.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan/finance solutions.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful applications.
Maintain strong relationships with customers.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of loan applications.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Requirements
6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, finance, loans, or telecalling.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
