Key Responsibilities:
Perform Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) on forged/manufactured components.
Detect and evaluate surface & near-surface defects.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain MPI equipment.
Read engineering drawings and inspection standards.
Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and safety procedures.
Coordinate with the Quality & Production teams for defect analysis and corrective actions.
Requirements:
ITI / Diploma / Technical Qualification
Experience in Manufacturing / Forging / Engineering Industry
Knowledge of Wet & Dry MPI methods
NDT Level I/II Certification preferred
Willing to work in shifts
