About the Role
Taranta Consultancy is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern for our Client who wants to gain practical experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations. This internship is an excellent opportunity to develop skilled skills and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and employee coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial screening calls and maintain candidate databases.
Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation.
Assist with onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR activities.
Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates pursuing or having completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA HR, BBA, or B.Com graduates are encouraged to apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Willingness to learn and work in a rapid-paced environment.
Candidates who are proactive, organized, and comfortable working remotely are preferred.
Internship Benefits
Stipend of ₹10,000–₹12,000 per month
Certificate of Internship Completion.
Letter of Recommendation (based on performance).
Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
