About the Role
We are looking for an R&D; Executive to support research across our Compressed Biogas (CBG) manufacturing, Napier grass farming, and biogas plant EPC operations. This role combines laboratory testing, field trials, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Study Napier grass and other feedstocks to improve biogas yield.
Conduct laboratory tests and trials on biomass, digestion, and digestate.
Analyse results and recommend improvements in plant performance and feedstock quality.
Coordinate with farming, plant, and engineering teams to develop practical solutions.
Maintain research reports,
testing records, and laboratory safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Agriculture, or a related field; relevant engineering graduates may also apply.
Preferably 1–3 years of experience in biogas, biomass, agricultural research, or laboratory R&D.;
Strong analytical skills, accurate documentation, and willingness to work in laboratory and field settings.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
