Software Developer (.Net) – TAL India Software Development Team
Experience: 4–8 years of relevant software development experience
Location: Bangalore
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Developer / SD-II to join the TAL India Software Development Team. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in C#/.NET development, debugging, OOP, LINQ, ORM, and software development practices, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with technical leads and US-based teams.
Educational Qualification
B.Tech/BE in Computer Science preferred
B.Tech/BE in IT or Electronics may also be considered
MCA candidates are eligible
Not eligible: Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, B.Sc., or BCA
Key Responsibilities
Individual Contribution – 80%
Independently develop and maintain software applications.
Work on project development, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Troubleshoot and debug application issues.
Complete assigned technical tasks with minimal supervision from the Technical Lead.
Write secure, robust, and exception-free code.
Collaboration & Technical Activities – 20%
Work with the Technical Lead on requirement analysis.
Contribute to design and architecture discussions.
Prepare and maintain development documentation.
Work on CI/CD pipelines and software installers.
Collaborate with cross-functional and US-based teams.
