Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and energetic management,hospitality and tourism faculty to join our faculty fraternity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management principles and practices for management and industry knowledge in hospitality and tourism management with a passion for teaching and developing students in this field. As a faculty, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures, designing curriculum, and mentoring students to help them excel in their studies and future careers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver lectures and class materials on various subject topics such as organisational behavior, leadership, strategic management, and operations management.
Create and revise course content to ensure relevance and alignment with industry standards and academic requirements.
Engage students in active learning through discussions, case studies, group projects, and presentations.
Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments and assessments to support student learning and development.
Mentor and advise students on academic and career-related matters, including internships and job prospects.
Contribute to the development of new programs or courses in management studies.
Stay updated with industry trends and research to enhance teaching effectiveness and curriculum development.
Collaborate with colleagues on academic initiatives and participate in faculty meetings and committees.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Management, Business Administration,hospitality & tourism or a related field with atleast 55% marks.
Proven experience in teaching management courses at the undergraduate or graduate level.
Strong knowledge of management theories, principles, and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
Experience with curriculum development and assessment is desirable.
Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
