Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and integration within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine, ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), ServiceNow.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow, ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
Robust knowledge of application development lifecycle and best practices within the ServiceNow platform.
Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
Experience in integrating ServiceNow solutions with other enterprise systems and APIs.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and team-oriented tools to support iterative delivery.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow App Engine.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
