Key Responsibilities
Electrical Maintenance:
Troubleshoot servo drives, encoders, PLC modules, sensors, and power supplies.
Repair and inspect electrical, control, and power circuit drawings (commonly working with controller brands like Fanuc and Siemens).
Mechanical Maintenance:
Service and align spindles, slides, ball screws, linear motion (LM) guides, and mechanical assemblies.
Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance:
Perform scheduled checks to prevent unexpected machine failure.
Diagnose sudden breakdowns quickly to minimize production downtime.
Performance Tracking:
Track metrics like MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and uptime.
Use root-cause analysis methods (such as Why-Why Analysis and TPM) to fix recurring issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Diploma, ITI, or Bachelor's Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics engineering.
Experience: Generally ranges from 1 to 2 years of hands-on workshop or factory floor experience.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
