Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Descaling Team Supervisor to manage in office descaling operations, supervise technicians and helpers, ensure safety compliance, and complete industrial descaling work efficiently at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the descaling team at customer sites.
Plan and execute descaling activities for heat exchangers, chillers, boilers, pipelines, and other industrial equipment.
Ensure proper chemical handling, dilution, circulation, and cleaning procedures.
Monitor descaling work quality and ensure timely project completion.
Follow safety procedures while handling descaling chemicals and operating equipment.
Ensure proper use of PPE and maintain site safety standards.
Coordinate with customers, site engineers, and the service team.
Maintain daily work reports, chemical consumption records, and site activity reports.




Identify operational issues and take corrective action when required.
Manage team discipline, attendance, tools, equipment, and materials at the site.

Required Qualifications
ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Chemistry, Mechanical, Chemical, or a related field preferred.
Experience in industrial descaling, chemical cleaning, or water treatment services will be an advantage.
Positive team management and communication skills.
Knowledge of industrial chemicals and chemical safety procedures.
Willingness to travel to customer sites and work overnight when project requirements demand.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Salary

As per experience and company policy.
