Job Responsibilities
Set and operate CNC Turning / VMC machines as per production requirements.
Read and understand engineering drawings, work instructions, and process sheets.
Perform machine setting, tool setting, and tool offset corrections.
Load and unload components and ensure proper clamping and alignment.
Check component dimensions using Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, etc.
Monitor machining operations and maintain required quality and productivity.
Identify and correct basic machining and dimensional issues.
Perform tool changes and adjust cutting parameters when required.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S and safety procedures.
Record production and inspection details as required.
Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to achieve daily targets

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
