Job Title: Production Supervisor

Salary: ₹22,000–₹28,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and skills)

Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
Manage and monitor manpower allocation across production shifts.
Ensure smooth operation of machines and production processes.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
Track production output, machine downtime, and rejection rates.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and raw materials.
Maintain daily production reports and shift handover reports.
Implement safety procedures and maintain workplace discipline.
Identify production issues and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Ensure production schedules and delivery deadlines are met.

Required Qualifications




Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in production supervision in an engineering or manufacturing company.
Knowledge of production planning, manpower handling, and quality control.
Ability to manage a team and achieve production targets.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing is an advantage.
