Perform end-to-end functional testing of healthcare payer applications across enrollment, eligibility, claims, billing, perks, provider, and authorization processes.
Validate business rules, workflows, interfaces, APIs, EDI transactions, and downstream data flows.
Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, test data, e2e workflows and regression suites based on business and technical requirements.
Perform database validation using SQL and verify data integrity across integrated systems.
Identify, analyze, document, and retest defects through the complete defect lifecycle.
Support SIT, regression, integration, e2e testing and release validation activities.
Create test scripts, review th scripts/PR's, execute automated test scripts and analyze automation failures.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other testing teams to ensure complete end-to-end coverage.
