Blutre, a Thrissur-based AI production company, is looking for a talented, confident, and well-organised Office Administrator & Client Servicing Manager to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, solid coordination abilities, professional presentation skills, and an interest in AI-powered tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities.
Manage work distribution, team coordination, and workflow.
Support human resources management and employee coordination.
Communicate professionally with clients and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare and deliver presentations for new projects and client meetings.
Handle reports, documentation, and data using MS Office and Excel.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms to improve productivity and work quality.

Skills & Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Malayalam or Tamil.




Robust presentation and client-handling skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools.
Excellent organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
A professional attitude with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Job Details
Position: Full time
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Location: Thrissur, Kerala
