We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Service Engineer to join our team in Kollam.
Job Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and other IT hardware issues.
Provide onsite and carry-in service support to customers.
Handle hardware installation, maintenance, and basic networking support.
Attend customer service calls and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain proper service reports and customer communication.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
Experience in laptop and desktop servicing is preferred.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for onsite service calls.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
Freshers with basic hardware knowledge can also apply.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
