Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities for broadband and fiber internet services.
Acquire new customers through field visits, direct sales, referrals, and lead generation.
Promote FTTH broadband plans and internet connectivity solutions to residential and business customers.
Conduct door-to-door sales, local area marketing, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable broadband plans.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and prospective customers to convert them into sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure timely customer activation.
Maintain daily sales reports, lead records, and customer information.
Analyze local market opportunities and competitor activities.
Ensure customer satisfaction and support customer retention initiatives.

Required Skills
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Customer relationship management and follow-up skills.




Target-oriented mindset and willingness to work in the field.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Educational Qualification
Any degree or diploma preferred.
Candidates with relevant sales experience and robust communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Experience Required
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, field sales, or customer acquisition preferred.
Experience in ISP, broadband, telecom, FMCG, or direct sales will be an advantage.
Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets are preferred.
