Job Summary

Anemo Prime Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project & Planning Engineer – HVAC to manage project planning, scheduling, execution monitoring, and coordination for HVAC engineering projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, project scheduling, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans, and execution timelines.
Plan and coordinate HVAC project activities from design through installation and commissioning.
Track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with design, procurement, site, and project teams to ensure timely execution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Monitor manpower, material requirements, and resource allocation.
Review drawings, BOQs,



and project specifications to support smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and project deadlines.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.

Required Qualifications & Skills
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
5–6 years of relevant experience in HVAC project execution and planning.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and commissioning.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project; knowledge of Primavera P6 is an advantage.
Good communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
