We are looking for a skilled Import-Export Documentation Expert with 3 to 4 years of experience in export-import documentation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling various aspects of import-export operations, including bill of lading and shipping documentation. This position is based in Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibilities :
Prepare and review export-import documents such as bills of lading, invoices, and other related documents.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws governing international trade.
Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of imports and exports.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documents.
Provide support and guidance to junior team members on documentation procedures.




Stay updated with changes in documentation requirements and implement updates accordingly.

Job Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in export-import documentation.
Strong knowledge of export-import regulations and procedures.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other documentation software.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
