SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated and results driven Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth. The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable solutions, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and generate current business opportunities through market research, field visits, referrals, digital leads, and customer networks.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions based on their applications.
Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on enquiries, quotations, and business opportunities.
Prepare and share quotations, commercial proposals, and other required sales documentation.
Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed orders and achieve assigned sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding order processing, dispatch, delivery,



and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements to identify current business opportunities.
Develop business with manufacturers, distributors, dealers, industrial units, and other potential customers.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.
Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with customers when required.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on sales activities, pipeline, targets, and market developments.
Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, exhibitions, industry events, and business visits.
