Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the main point of contact and manage individual client accounts.
Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
Strategic Planning: Work closely with clients to identify their needs and challenges and propose creative, tailored solutions.
Business Development:
Identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts and collaborate with the sales team to ensure growth attainment.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on account status and keep updated records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Client Servicing Manager, Account Manager, or a relevant role in the event management or service industry.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
