We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer skilled in JavaScript and Node.js to join our team
The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of backend development principles and experience working on complex projects
This role requires working from the office six days a week
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using JavaScript and Node.js
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
Implement and maintain APIs to support various platforms (web/mobile)
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Troubleshoot and debug applications
Perform code reviews and contribute to team best practices
Work with DevOps to deploy and maintain applications in a production environment
Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends
Requirements
Proven experience as a Backend Developer
Solid proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js
Experience with database management and design (SQL/NoSQL)
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with API design and development
Knowledge of version control systems (eg, Git)
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting
