We’re Hiring: Execution Leader / City Lead – Projects | Chennai

EATCLUB is looking for an Execution Leader to own project execution across Chennai, from launching recent cloud kitchens and dine-in outlets to keeping existing stores in top shape.

Role Overview
Location: Chennai (on-ground, not remote)
Experience: 4–5 years in Project Management, Civil, or Interior & Retail Fit-Out
Chennai experience (mandatory): You must have worked hands-on in Chennai for the last 4–5 years, with an active local vendor and contractor network. Applicants without Chennai work experience will not be considered.
Languages: Tamil and Hindi (mandatory); English (preferred)

Key Responsibilities




Own end-to-end setup of recent cloud kitchens and dine-in stores across Chennai
Lead the on-ground execution team and contractors
Deliver outlets on schedule and within budget
Handle revamps and on-site civil and drainage fixes at existing outlets
Source, onboard and negotiate with civil, interiors, MEP and fit-out vendors
Track vendor performance on timelines, quality and cost
Run quality checks from site handover to snag closure, in line with EATCLUB’s design, safety and brand standards
