We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead Developer with strong expertise in Node.js, React, and AWS. The ideal candidate will lead development activities, design scalable architectures, and guide a team of developers while remaining hands-on with coding and solution design.Skills & Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks
Experience in REST APIs, microservices, authentication, and integration patterns
Advanced proficiency in React.js, Redux, Hooks, and contemporary UI practices
Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript (optional), HTML5, CSS3
Experience with AWS services suchs as EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS/DynamoDB, CloudWatch, ECS/EKS
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CodePipeline)




Good understanding of cloud security and best practices
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and stakeholder-management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile setting

Key Areas of Responsibility
Lead end-to-end development of scalable web applications using Node.js and React
Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS
Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless components
Ensure code quality through reviews and engineering best practices
Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams
Optimize performance, security, and scalability
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
Participate in sprint planning, architecture discussions, and solution design
Troubleshoot complex issues across the full stack

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
