Role & responsibilities Create RFQ & Indent placement in TEG
Follow up of transport for the timely placement & delivery of destination
Close Indent & approve POD.
Check and verify vehicle body conditions & dimension.
Checking heights after material loading.
Verify after load weight as per weight guarantee.
Verify bided rate with current market.
Rate negotiation with the transporters.
Do all process in TEG to release the vehicle
Create E- way bills.
Check and arrange all necessary documents.
Daily placement tracker report.
Freight register reports.
TMS score card.
ISO 9001:2015 documentation maintaining according to QMS.
