Ensure proper documentation of ROW applications,including Service Line Diagrams (SLD) & other required permits

1) ROW Acquisition &
Compliance:
Lead & manage ROW (Right of Way) acquisition process for telecom infrastructure projects.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory & statutory guidelines for ROW permissions.
Develop strategies for cost optimization & faster approval processes.

2) Government &
Stakeholder Liaison:
Act as liaison between Core/Circle team &
Local Government bodies to mitigate risks related to project rollout & deployment.
Address & resolve escalations related to ROW issues in timely manner.

3) Documentation &
Compliance Management:
Ensure proper documentation of ROW applications, including Service Line Diagrams (SLD) & other required permits.
Maintain accurate records of all approvals, agreements & regulatory clearances.

4) Co-ordination with Internal Team:
Identify & remove bottlenecks in approval process to accelerate fiber rollout.
Provide regular reports on ROW status, risks & mitigation plans to senior management.
