Clariti Scan World is a growing chain of diagnostic imaging centres in Kerala. We're established in Perumbavoor, have current centres under way, and plan to expand across the state. We're looking for a General Manager to run the business and lead that growth.

What you'll do
Run operations across our centres: scheduling, patient experience, turnaround times and quality
Lead doctor and hospital outreach with our field marketing team: build referral relationships and track referrals against potential
Manage the team, including radiographers, front office and marketing staff, and work with our consultant radiologists
Own the numbers (revenue, costs, collections) and report to the directors
Lead the setup and launch of recent centres as we expand across Kerala

What we're looking for
10+ years of experience, including team leadership and P&L; or branch responsibility
A track record in operations and business development, through relationships and on the ground
Healthcare, diagnostics or hospital experience is a solid plus
Comfortable working in Malayalam and English
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Perumbavoor or nearby
