Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage cloud environments across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OpenShift (OCP).
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps automation.
Drive automation for deployment, security, compliance, monitoring, and operational processes.
Track and manage DevOps implementation activities and provide regular project updates.
Lead customer governance discussions related to CI/CD processes and best practices.
Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor KPIs, service performance, and customer experience metrics, and provide periodic reports.

Must-Have Skills
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and OpenShift (OCP)

Robust expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Experience with DevSecOps, security automation, and compliance practices.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and containerized deployments.
Solid Linux administration and shell scripting skills.
Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
Solid troubleshooting, incident management, and stakeholder management skills
