Machine Setup: Load raw materials, install cutting tools, and verify machine settings according to production plans. Operation & Monitoring: Run test pieces, execute production cycles, and watch feeds, speeds, and machine noises for errors.

Quality Inspection: Measure finished parts using precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to match blueprints. Adjustments & Maintenance: Change worn tool inserts, adjust program offsets, replenish coolants, and perform routine cleaning.

Documentation: Record production counts, log machine errors, and report mechanical issues to supervisors
