Ensure all materials meet required specifications and quality standards
As an HVAC Procurement Executive, you will manage the procurement of HVAC materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition. Your main responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and purchase HVAC items like AHUs, VRVs, copper pipe insulations, ADP ducts, grills, diffusers, and MS pipes.
Relationships with reliable suppliers, evaluate and select vendors, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best deals.
Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking and ensure availability.
Track expenses,
manage budgets, and implement cost-saving strategies.
Ensure all materials meet required specifications and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and prepare regular reports.
Collaborate with project teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely delivery. Requirements: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
2 to 3 years in HVAC procurement or a related field. Solid negotiation, vendor management, organizational, and communication skills.
